This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to call for the records relating to Crime No.17 of 2017 of Motakondur Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 506, 427 read with 149 IPC and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the police, after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
