HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30611 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not disposing of the revision filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, which, according to him, was filed in the month of June, 2017.

At the time when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record material to show that the representation of the petitioner was disposed of on 04.07.2017 itself, remanding the matter back to the Revenue Divisional Officer and directing the petitioner to file an appeal petition along with a condone delay petition, if any. A copy of the order passed the Revenue Divisional Office is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Having regard to the above circumstances, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered. Hence, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy, if

any, available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
