Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of "Writ of Mandamus" declaring the action of the Respondents in laying the road in Sy.No.203/1 an extent of Ac.1-89 1/2 Cts. situated at Kanuru Village, Penamaluru Mandal, Krishna District without initiating Land Acquisition Proceedings and without payment of compensation as illegal, arbitrary and violates Article-300A, 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to disposes the Petitioner from the land in Sy.No.203/1 an extent of Ac.1-89 1/2 Cts. situated at Kanuru Village, Penamaluru Mandal, Krishna District.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI N. ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Govt. Pleader for Roads & Buildings(AP) on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3 an Sri T. Balaswamy-SC on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and Sri Chimalapati Ravi-SC on behalf of respondent No.6, the Court made the following ORDER :- "Learned Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions. Post after four weeks.

In the meanwhile, there shall be stay of dispossession of the

petitioner herein from the subject land, except in accordance with law."
