Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) for respondents. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that Xylo Car bearing No.AP-20TC-2203 belonging to petitioner was seized by 2nd respondent in relation to FIR.No.186 of 2016 registered by 2nd respondent, but the said vehicle has not been produced before the Court. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for 2nd respondent, states that the vehicle in question has been deposited before the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Cyberabad vide DIS.NO.4800/2016 dt.11.08.2016. 4.

In view of this submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the said Court for release of the vehicle under Section 451 of Criminal Procedure Code. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
