None appears for the petitioner.

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in surrendering the service of the petitioner to the District Cooperative Officer, Ranga Reddy District.

The petitioner states that he is a regular cadre Secretary in the Society having put in 30 years of service in the Organization. He is working as a cadre Secretary in the first respondent Society for the last 19 years. In those circumstances, when an order was passed by the first respondent surrendering the service of the petitioner to the second respondent, the above writ petition is filed. This Court, by order, dated 23.01.2009, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction to the first respondent to permit the petitioner to work as Secretary, if the post of Secretary, Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society, Mothukuru, is vacant as on the said date. In view of the said order, taking into consideration the age of the petitioner, nothing survives for consideration. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
