Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, would fairly states that since the order of this Court, violation of which is alleged in this Contempt Case, has since been set aside in appeal by a Division Bench of this Court, the respondent cannot be said to have committed contempt.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
