HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR C.M.A.No.689 of 2010 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is preferred questioning order dated 28.04.2010 in I.A.No.804 of 2010 in O.S.No.764 of 2010 on the file of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar.

2. Appellant herein is first defendant in the court below, who filed the above referred IA No.804 of 2010 for injunction and the court below granted status quo in respect of suit schedule property till 23.06.2010. Questioning said order, present appeal is preferred. 3.

As seen from the office note, the suit in O.S.No.764 of 2010 was disposed of on 23.04.2016. 4.

In view of disposal of main suit, nothing survives in this appeal for adjudication.

5. For these reasons, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infrcutuous.

No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending in this Appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
