HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30465 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed assailing the action of the 3rd respondent at the instance of respondents 4 and 5 in insisting the petitioners to appear before him and in interfering in civil dispute pending between the petitioners and respondents 4 and 5 in OS No.254 of 2018 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge at Karimnagar.

Heard Sri Kolluri Arjun Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that they have received complaint from the 5th respondent and after conducting enquiry, it is found that the dispute is civil in nature and same was informed to the 5th respondent. He submits that as on today, there is no complaint against the petitioners and no crime is registered against them.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere with the life and liberty of the petitioners, except in accordance due process of law.
