HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 40507 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in interfering with the personal liberty and life of the petitioner and his family members by visiting their house at odd hours and calling to the police station under the guise of an alleged rowdy sheet pending against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
