This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, assailing the judgment and decree dated 30.4.2015 passed in MVOP No.471 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Vehicles Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Warangal. 2.
During pendency of the appeal, the matter was settled before the Lok Adalat, vide Award dated 08.9.2018.

Accordingly, the M.A.C.M.A., is disposed of, in terms of the Award dated 08.9.2018. No order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
