HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT P.I.L. No.255 OF 2014, W.P. Nos.32369 AND 28194 OF 2014 COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard learned counsel appearing for parties and the learned Special Government Pleader.

The substantive prayer in these writ petitions is against inclusion or empanelment of social activists in the Committee constituted for implementation of a Government sponsored programme "Janma Bhoomi-Maa Vooru" in terms of G.O.Ms.No.135 dated 17.09.2014, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the substantive prayer in these writ petitions is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.36930 of 2014 and P.I.L.No.94 of 2015.

By accepting the statement, the writ petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of. No costs.
