This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2016 pending on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Rayachoti, Kadapa District and transfer the same to the Senior Civil Judge Court, Gooty, Anantapur.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 24.09.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems, the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Therefore, the Tr.CMP is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
