This Court, by order dated 02.06.2016 passed interim orders as follows:

"The grievance of the petitioners is that they are the owners of various extents of land situated in Datharpally Village, Yadagiri Mandal, Nalgonda District, in respect of which the respondents issued notification under Section 11 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 showing the names of their vendors. Since the petitioners have purchased the above said lands prior to issuance of notification dated 14.08.2015, they made representations/objections dated 09.10.2015, 10.03.2016 and 18.03.2016 to respondent authorities stating that they are owners of the lands which are the subject matter of the notification and that the award has to be passed in their names. The petitioners apprehend that the respondent authorities may pass an award without considering their objections and representations. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition seeks time for getting instructions.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representations/objections of the petitioners before passing any award.

Post after one (1) week in the motion list."

On 02.06.2016, this Court directed the 3rd respondent to consider the representations/objections of the petitioners before passing any Award under Land Acquisition Act. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits that the Land Acquisition Officer will consider the objections of the petitioners before passing any orders, after issuing notice to the petitioners.

Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land Acquisition, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 02.06.2016. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
