SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No. 237 OF 2016 AND WRIT PETITION No. 37516 OF 2015 J U D G M E N T : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned counsel for the appellant Sri Mahadeva Kanthrigala seeks permission to withdraw Writ Petition No. 37516 of 2015 as well as this Writ Appeal, which is preferred against the order passed in the Writ Petition and persuade the authorities of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams to permit the 2nd petitioner -appellant herein, who is the wife of the deceased employee, to receive the terminal benefits as she has been nominated by the employee while he was in service and supply the proceeds to the estate of the deceased. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition as well as the Writ Appeal shall be treated as to have been dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty as sought for is preserved. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
