THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37040 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"... to pass any Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in furnish the information sought by Petitioner as illegal and arbitrary and against to the provisions of Right to Information Act 2005 and consequently direct the 4th respondents to furnish the information as per the representation dated 06.04.2015 and also impose the penalty on 4th Respondent for non furnish the information within specified under Sub- section {1) of Section 7 of the Act and to pass such order or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. Learned Government Pleader has placed on record copy of proceedings in R.No.490/2015 D.T., dated 07.11.2016, issued by the Tahsildar, Ponnaluru Mandal, Prakasam District.

3. In view of the above, petitioner is directed to workout his remedies in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
