This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 02.04.2012 in I.A.No.2793 of 2011 in C.M.A.No.166 of 2011 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

As per the office note, the above C.M.A. was disposed of on 26.02.2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is not aware whether the above C.M.A. is pending or not. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the above C.M.A. was disposed of three years back. In view of the office note, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.
