- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1102 OF 2016 ORDER :

Petitioners filed W.P.No.3426 of 2016 challenging the order dated 25.01.2016, whereunder their services were terminated. Petitioners also filed W.P.M.P.No.4378 of 2016 praying to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to continue the petitioners as Mandal Resource Coordinators at their respective Mandal Resource Centers pending disposal of the writ petition.

This Court granted interim direction as prayed for, by order dated 05.02.2016. Alleging disobedience of the said order, this contempt is filed.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader, produced the final order dated 04.09.2017 passed by learned Single Judge of this Court in batch of writ petitions including W.P.No.3426 of 2016. In so far as this writ petition is concerned this Court set aside the memo dated 25.01.2016 and directed to continue the petitioners as Mandal Resource Coordinators. 4.

In view of the same, since the writ petition itself is finally disposed of, petitioners have to work out further remedies in terms of the declaration given by this Court in the said writ petition. 5.

Accordingly, the Contempt case is closed granting liberty to the petitioners for enforcement of the final order passed by this Court in W.P.No.3426 of 2016. There shall be no order as to costs.

- 3 - Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
