This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ defendants 6 to 8, assailing the order, dated 18.12.2013, of the learned II Additional District Judge at Warangal, passed in I.A.No.630 of 2013 in O.S.No.35 of 2008.

The learned counsel for the petitioners/ defendants 6 to 8 would submit that in view of the dismissal of the suit by the trial Court on 01.12.2014, no cause survives for adjudication in this Revision and that therefore, the Revision may be dismissed as infructuous.

Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners/ defendants 6 to 8, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
