Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioners' grievance is that they had applied on 15.05.2014 and 22.02.2016 to 5th respondent for survey and demarcation of their land in Sy.No.304 of Puppalaguda Village, Rajendra Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as per the mutation orders dt.29.05.1995 in File No.RoR/239/94, the Sub-Division sketch incorporated in the pattadar Passbook No.164438 and title deed No.292256 and as per the Sub-Division sketches prepared vide File No.B/4819/95, but 5th respondent is not taking any action thereon, even though he had paid requisite charges for the said survey.
3. On 03.03.2016 in W.P.No.6690 of 2016 this Court followed the judgment of the Division Bench dt.14.06.2013 in W.A.No.110 of 2013 and other judgments, and held that there is no impediment for survey of private lands, subject to collection of requisite charges by the officials of the
Survey Department which comes under the 1st respondent.

For reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 5th respondent to demarcate and fix boundaries to petitioners' land referred to above, after issuing notice to petitioners and other persons interested in the said land and after collecting requisite charges therefor. No order as to costs.
