This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 CPC assailing the order dated 25.03.2011 passed in I.A.No.339 of 2010 in O.S.No.63 of 2009 on the file of the Court of III Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Ongole, Prakasam District.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the appellants is to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge(FTC), Ongole, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.63 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible. 5.

With the above direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
