Smt.D.S.V.Mahalakshmi, learned counsel, representing Sri Ch.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the appellants, would submit that the present Second Appeal has become infructuous, and therefore, seeks to dismiss the same.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the appellants, the second appeal is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
