This criminal petition is filed to quash FIR in Cr.No.597 of 2011 on the file of Shadnagar Police Station, Mahabubnagar District for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 417, 420, 464, 465, 467 r/w 120-B IPC. None appeared for the petitioner.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that police after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet. In view of the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this appeal, shall stand disposed of.
