HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT C.C. No. 1283 of 2017 O R D E R:- This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondents herein in complying with the order dated 03.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 25959 of 2016.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order dated 03.08.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 25959 of 2016 has already been complied with by the respondents. The said fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the speaking order of the respondents, it is at liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate forum. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
