Learned counsel for the parties submit that the prayer in the instant writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.6363 of 2009, dated 06.10.2015 and request the Court to dispose of the same in terms thereof.

The statement is placed on record, accepted, and writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
