HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30653 OF 2018 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the complaint of the petitioner dated 10.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner dated 10.08.2018 was enquired into by the respondents and found to be civil in nature; that the petitioner was also sent communication in this regard by post on 26.08.2018. The same is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Now, the learned Assistant Government Pleader served a copy of the said letter dated 26.08.2018 to the petitioner. Recording the aforesaid submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _______________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 06.09.2018 t k.
