The petitioner complains that respondent No.1 is not completing the investigation and filing final report in FIR.No.306 of 2017 and forcing the petitioner to settle the civil dispute with respondent No.4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on written instructions submits that charge sheet is filed and case is numbered as C.C.No.1938 of 2018 on 30-07-2018. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
