Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner had made an application on 17.11.2015 to 3rd respondent for grant of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of land of an extent of Ac.0-33 guntas out of Acs.6-24 guntas in survey No.199 of Devanpally Village, Kamareddy Mandal, Nizamabad District, but the 3rd respondent is not passing any orders thereon.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's application dt.17.11.2015 and pass orders thereon within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dt.17.11.2015, for grant of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the above land, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
