This Writ Petition is filed seeking to set aside the proceedings in FIR No.509 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent.

Since the complaint is already registered and investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation, but disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
