THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.9487 of 2012 ORDER :

The Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a writ, order, or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring that the petitioner is fully eligible and qualified for the post of TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for the selection to the post of TGT and upon his selection in the selection process, appoint the petitioner as a TGT in the Model School with all consequential benefits.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not applied for the written test. Though interim order was passed, since the petitioner has not applied for the written test, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
