THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT CASE No.1962 of 2022 ORDER:

The present contempt case is filed for violation of the orders passed by this Court dated 02.09.2022 in W.P.No.34548 of 2022, whereby this Court has directed the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even after the time prescribed in the order, respondents failed to comply with the order. Hence the present contempt case is filed. After filing of the contempt case, the respondents have complied with the order with the delay of four weeks by considering the representation of the petitioner on 22.09.2022. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel Sri K.Ravinder Reddy submits that the respondents have already complied with the order. Because of the administrate reasons, the delay of four weeks is occurred. It is stated that the delay is neither willful nor wanton.

The order dated 02.09.2022 in W.P.No.34548 of 2022 is complied with, Contempt Case is closed.
