The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent - police authorities are not registering the crime based on his complaint dated 21.06.2018 and taking action in accordance with law.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of Sub Inspector of Police, Razole Police Station, East Godavari District, stating that on the complaint of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.178 of 2018 was registered on 02.09.2018 against unofficial respondents 5 to 8 and others and taken up the investigation and the same is under progress and that after completion of investigation, final report will be filed before the court. Recording the same, writ petition is disposed off. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
