The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that petitioner's Appeal No.E2/01/2015, filed before 3rd respondent challenging the Memo dt.08.12.2014 of 4th respondent in favour of 5th respondent, is pending consideration before 3rd respondent since 15.12.2014; and that 3rd respondent is not passing any orders therein. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana), appearing for respondents, states that 3rd respondent will decide the said appeal within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner as well as 5th respondent.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider the appeal within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to petitioner as well as 5th respondent, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. __________________________________
