The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that O.S. No.34 of 2007 pending on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Karimnagar was dismissed for default and therefore, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
