This Criminal Petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C. No.274 of 2OI4 on the hle of Assistant Sessions Judge, Mahbubabad, Warangal District. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public prosecutor appearing for respondent_ State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner was ar accused in Cr.No.3g3 of 2Ol3 of pS Thorrur, for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 326 r/w 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 186O, thereafter it has been numbered as S.C. 247 of 2015 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Mahbubabad and further submits that the case ended in acquittal. Therefore, the cause in the Criminal petition does not survive. Hence, no further orders are required and seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Station takes no objection for the same 5.

Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent- State, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous'
