HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Petition No.13334 of 2017 ORDER :

The petitioner instituted this Writ Petition challenging the order, dated 29.6.2015 passed by the 4th respondent, whereby the petitioner was suspended temporarily from the post of Field Assistant. 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for MGNREGS produced the order, dated 18.4.2017 issued by the Project Director, DWMA, Srikakulam, revoking the suspension and granting appointment order.

In view of the same, cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
