Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner without mentioning the period of suspension, vide order dated 26.2.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.

The petitioner is the dealer of fair price shop No.38, Nalladasaripalli Village, Guntakal Mandal, Anantapuramu District. On 05.01.2015, the Sub Inspector of Police and staff, inspected the fair price shop of the petitioner, noticed certain irregularities and variations in the stock. Based on the report submitted by the 3rd respondent, show cause notice was issued to the petitioner, for which she submitted her explanation. Thereafter, vide order dated 26.02.2015, the 2nd respondent suspended the authorization of the petitioner.

Since the suspension order was passed pending enquiry, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Ananthapuramu, to complete the enquiry and pass final orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the authorization of the petitioner shall stand restored. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition

shall stand closed.
