THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7211 OF 2017 ORDER:

Several contentions raised of no case made out against the petitioner whose name not in the FIR but for introduced in the L.W.1 statement for the first time during investigation and none of the offences under Sections 376, 366A and 354A applies even taken the averments or premature for the Court to consider to quash the proceedings of Crime No.294/2016, dated 19.06.2016 of Nunna Police Station, Vijayawada City, but for to observe such contentions may be relevant if at all there is any bail application in disposal of the petition with a direction to police to complete the investigation within two months from the date of receipt of the order and file final report. Further remedies of petitioner left open after final report.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
