HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30687 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue (TG). With the consent of both the parties, the main writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in including the open plot No.4 in Sy.No.49/ 7 situated at Gajularamaram Village, Qutubullapur Mandal; non-considering the application dated 07.05.2018 for deletion of the said survey number from the prohibition list and consequent action of the fourth respondent in not receiving the document for registration on the ground that the land in Sy.No.49/ 7 included in the prohibitory list, as arbitrary and illegal and contrary to the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.720 of 2003, dated 01.05.2009.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 07.05.2018.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the authorities may

be directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law.

5) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation dated 07.05.2018, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four

(04) months from the date of receipt of the order, if the same is made and still pending consideration. No order as to costs. 6) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
