HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 6234 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in investigating the Crime without following the due process of law.

Since the allegation is with regard to investigation, without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to follow due process of law including compliance of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C, while investigating the FIR No. 20/2017, pending on the file of second respondent. In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, in the manner indicated above, the notice to third respondent is dispensed with. As sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
