HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT P.I.L. No.288 of 2014 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This Court is informed that the Government has cancelled the lease and has also initiated criminal proceedings against respondent No.8. We are also

informed that even the revision filed by respondent No.8 in respect of seigniorage charges has also been dismissed. In the circumstances, nothing further survives in the P.I.L.

The P.I.L. is accordingly disposed of. It is needless to mention that the Government shall take all steps to recover the seigniorage charges from respondent Nos.7 and 8.
