THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.26536 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner in this Writ Petition has questioned office endorsement dated 31.05.2016 of the 2nd respondent - Court refusing to entertain an Execution Petition presented by him on the basis of an Arbitration Award said to have been passed in Maharastra State.

3. Since the petitioner has an effective remedy in the form of revision under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the said office endorsement, I am not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
