HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30712 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in conducting the enquiry and issuing the pattadar pass boks and title deeds, as per the application dated 11.07.2017 for the agricultural land in Survey No.606, admeasuring Ac.0.10 1⁄2 gts., situated at Gantlakunta village, Peddavangara Mandal, Mahaboobabad district, as arbitray, illegal and consequently direct the respondents to issue the pattadar pass books and title deeds and also mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records."

At the time when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner made a representation on 11.07.2017 for issuance of pattadar pass books, the same is not considered till date. 3.
Without going into the merits of the case, and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with consent, at the admission stage, directing the petitioner to make a fresh
application in accordance with the provisions of the R.O.R. ACt, seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds, enclosing all the necessary documents showing his title to the schedule property, in which event, the concerned Tahsildar shall deal with the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after hearing all concerned, including the petitioner herein, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of eight to ten weeks from the date of receipt of making of such an application. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
