This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused in PRC No.33 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kamareddy, Nizamabad District.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of discharge petition before the trial court. Permission is granted.
