As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 21.06.2016, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Subsequently, the matter was adjourned on two occasions. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
