When the matter was called on 19.11.2018, in view of the absence of any representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Court directed the mater to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal, there is no representation for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the writ petition.
