This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.56 of 2009 of Jeelugumilli Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427 r/ w 34 IPC.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed Final Report on 26.04.2006 referring the case as false.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the instant matter.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
