THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE ARBITRATION APPLICATION No.145 of 2015 PC:

Learned counsel for the parties have agreed for the appointment of Sri L.Narasimha Reddy, former Judge of this Court as sole Arbitrator. Hence, all disputes between the parties are referred to the sole Arbitrator, Sri Justice L.Narasimha Reddy.

Learned Arbitrator shall fix his remuneration upon deliberation and consultation with the parties. The costs and expenses of the secretarial assistance of the arbitration proceedings shall also be determined by the learned Arbitrator. Each party will bear the expenses of the arbitral proceedings in all respects in equal share.

Learned Arbitrator will endeavour to complete the proceedings by making publication of Award as far as possible within a period of nine months from the date of entering upon the reference. Learned Arbitrator may hold meetings at the arbitration centre in the High Court premises, 'C' Block. The arbitration application is accordingly disposed of. ________________________
