This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.07.2018 and 05.08.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner a case in Crime No.70/2018 was registered on 28.08.2018 under Sections 447, 324, 504, 506, r/w.34 IPC, on the file of Chandampet Police Station, Nalgonda District.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
