HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 30877 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue (TG). With consent of both the parties, the writ petition being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in not processing the AP Online Application of the Petitioner under No.MU011704136029 dated 17.10.2017 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that the application of the petitioner was rejected on 21.10.2017 on the ground that the documents filed are not tallying with the revenue records.
4) In view of the above, I see no merits in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, giving liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application by enclosing all the relevant documents.
5) There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
