This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 07.10.2016 passed in CFR No.176 of 2016 in POCSO SC No.22 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Kurnool.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the criminal revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this case, shall stand closed.
